  We brought our Bernina machine in to be fixed. We were given one estimate of $50.00. She then called and said it would be $1,000. We reluctantly agreed. Many weeks later she called and said that didn't work and would have to be sent to Bernina and it would be several thousand more -plus no guarantees. They were belligerent and disgusting to deal with on more than one occasion.
  Although the machine still wasn't working, we had to pay over $1000. for her mistakes and to get our machine back. Under no circumstances should anyone trust these people. Do not ever go to Sew Sassy in Urbana.

  All of the ladies here are so nice and helpful. There is a nice selection of fabric and notions, and their beginning quilting class was fun and informative.
