  Fined $650 damage fee after I move out. My room mates are fined totally $1000+. That sums up to nearly $2000 for one apartment. Every one I know who lived here was fined more than $400. Most of them were fined more than $600. We have done everything the landlord required us to do including ask their recommended third party cleaner to clean the room which already cost $150. The damage fee report does not even tell you the detailed information just ask you to pay the bill in time or it will even have late fee for the damage fee!
  This community may seem cheap and valuable at first glance. However, they will charge you for more money at last. Thus think twice before move in.

  A review from a tenement who have lived here for 3 years.
  
  I have moved from the building of 1507, 1613 to 1513. 1513 and 1507 are quiet, but 1613 will suffer from the noise from the nearby apartment. Choose the third floor, otherwise, you will need to bear the noise from the fans every night; The manager is helpful and the front desk staffs are very friendly; Though not near from the campus, you can take shuttle every half hour. Some downsides you may want to consider are the sluggish internet and the poor gym room. In overall , It is a good apartment .
