  Merry Anne's is like the cheap seats at the movie theater. You go because it is cheap. You don't necessarily care about the movie you're going to see, you just can't turn down the prices, so you go anyway. The floor may be a little sticky, and the popcorn might be a tad bit sketchy, but chances are you're probably drunk when you show up, so you really don't care. You are only going to the place for the cheap, decent experience. Not for a high class, fine dining, tablecloth type experience. It is a diner. and a damn good one at that. It pretends to be nothing more or less than what it is. Merry Anne's is an honest restaurant, and that is something the world deserves.
