  When I called to schedule my appointment I asked specifically what items I needed to bring because I had recently moved from a disaster area and many documents were lost. I wanted to know ahead of time in case I had to track down documents that had been lost. I was told my W2s would be all I needed. An hour into my appointment (with a rather slow employee) I was notified I needed some documents other than my W2s to proceed with my filing. I explained I hadn't brought anything else and had even asked if I needed to bring more documents. I was told to make ANOTHER appointment because the employee's next appointment had arrived. I spoke with the manager and explained my frustration. She took down my information and said she would call me back after she spoke with her supervisor. Over a week later and I haven't heard back from them. HR Block treated me like just another number who has nothing better to do but sit through hours of tax filing without even completing my account! Then they have the gall to ask me to make ANOTHER appointment AND the neglect to call me back after promised. I will no longer be filing my taxes with HR Block.
