  unprofessional service; they only value their time and do not take appointments. when you arrive, they will give you a completely unrealistic expectation of the wait time, which you will have to spend literally sitting inside a crowded room, on an uncomfortable chair, while new customers are hovering in over your heads. There are many professional nail salons in C-U-S area, and this place is not one of them. Not going back.
